Adventures at Pidia Village | Bougainville, Papua New Guinea

Video | A weekend stay at Pidia Village in Bougainville has a bit of a New Zealand connection, as it was the filming location for the movie Mr Pip, staring Hugh Laurie and Eka Darville, and is based on Kiwi Lloyd Jones’ Booker Prize nominated 2006 novel. It also happens to be an amazingly beautiful place to spend an adventurous or relaxing weekend at the newly refurbished Pidia Village Mini Guest Haus. It goes without saying that we chose the adventurous option!
